Refund Policy
Straightforward terms for digital products. Last updated: 5 September 2026.
The refund window below (7 days) is a sensible default for digital info-products — adjust it if you want a different policy. Everything else reflects how the products actually work today.
All products are digital
Every product sold on TheWhiskrMind is a digital download — there is no physical shipping, so there's nothing to return. Refunds are handled as account credit reversals through the original payment processor (Gumroad or Razorpay).
7-day refund window
If a product isn't right for you, email hello@thewhiskrmind.com within 7 days of purchase with your order confirmation, and we'll issue a full refund — no lengthy justification required.
When a refund won't be issued
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Evidence of repeated purchase-and-refund abuse of the same product
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us — please reach out first so we can resolve it directly
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's own processing time.
Processor-level protection
Gumroad and Razorpay each offer their own buyer protection and dispute-resolution options in addition to this policy — see their respective help centers if you'd prefer to go that route.
